ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be a 4 person group or more
2. Must be interviewed and accepted before 03/01/2010
3. Accepting 8 bands only
4. Must be pre-accepted to participate.
5. NO PROFANITY/ FAMILY EVENT
6. $100.00 entry fee if accepted.
7. Bands will play 40 minutes starting on the hour (10 minute tear down, 10 minute set up)
8. Voting is 50% professional musicians judged (3 judges) with verbal comments after each performance and 50% public voting (paid admission only)
9. Winning funds will be distributed at 9:30 pm 03/20/2010 if present or mailed if not present, the next business day.

PAYOFF IS AS FOLLOWS

1^st place = $2,000.00

2^nd place = $800.00

3^rd place = $600.00

4^th place = $500.00

5^th place = $400.00

6^th place = $300.00

7^th place = $200.00

8^th place = $200.00

SCHEDULE TIMES FOR EVENT

1^st band starts at 1:00 pm with the rest of bands starting on the hour with the final band starting at 8:00 p.m.

CALVACADE OF WHEELS HOURS ARE FROM 10:00 am until 10:00 pm
